Put the emphasis on education at work and tie in your activities with
kids going back to school.
Stress the need to keep learning, to know all you can about
your products and services, etc. Maybe stage a "pep rally" complete with
"cheerleaders" doing work-related cheers. Perhaps set aside a day for
everyone to come in dressed as a "nerd" and award prizes for best look,
etc.
