 Invite clowns from your
community to come to your place of business. Invite them to juggle,
perform magic, etc. (whatever their particular talents are). If
appropriate, have someone paint clown faces on your willing employees or
give everyone a clown nose (i.e., red ball). Focus on the importance of
having fun at work, not taking yourself too seriously, etc.
